Colusa County Health Officer in Sri Lanka. Dr. Howard Lee, Colusa County Health Officer volunteered for a two week mission to aide survivors in Sri Lanka. Dr. Lee is traveling with a small non-profit group called Global Health Access Program which works to improve the well-being of communities in crisis through public health services. Dr. Lee is traveling with his brother, Dr. Tom Lee, Co-director of GHAP. This trip to Sri Lanka is Dr. Lee’s second experience working outside of the United States as he trained in Central America as during his clinical public health training.
